“Thanks for a wonderful weekend and for all the tireless work you have put in to the whole process. I'm still processing things now and I will do for some time. I know it's not over and there's much more to come which is great to know. It was just so good and I feel I can hug again - like I did when I was a kid.” Jon
“This note is much more than a simple "thank you" and carries within it a lot of joy. I just wanted to express how valuable and authentic I felt at the weekend. The honesty and integrity have opened parts of myself that I have denied are there. The skills and wisdom are welcomed with open arms and the determination to provide us (men) with a platform to express ourselves is truly remarkable. Thank you for enabling me to find the courage to be myself.” Rob
“Thanks again for an amazing weekend. I’ve found that a lot of the stuff which went on in the circles was more powerful than I gave credit at the time and lots of things about how I got to be me are emerging. I think the stuff about fathers and school has come flooding back and explains quite a lot! I’m going to be gentle with myself on all that.” David
“Just before the memories fade too much, I wanted to say thank for the way you organised the retreat last weekend. Enormous sensitivity and care clearly went into every aspect, as the resulting gelling of the group proved. Driving back on Sunday, and waking on Monday, I felt more relaxed, calm and grounded than I have for years. Thank you for being so strong, and for doing it so well.” Mike
“Having the chance to be silent and just "be" in a safe atmosphere, where other aspects of my life are constantly making noises and vying for my attention, is a very valuable and therapeutic experience.
It's easy to forget that group work encompasses sharing a great deal of sensitive and personal issues with others - many of which won't have been shared with family or friends.
I was thinking about what was being said about being heard, about people ignoring you and having a voice.
I really enjoyed the group, and I thought I would check in a little after processing the session.” Keith
