The Men's Trust is a not-for-profit organisation based in Glastonbury, Somerset. The Trust runs a weekly men's group and regular men's retreats in the Glastonbury area.
The group and retreat programme is for men who want to explore relationships, develop communication, improve intimacy, be more open, more self aware and better able to express feelings and emotions. And learn to ask for what you want!
